Finn’s career covers 30 years - much of it within the commercial real estate industry to include: investment real estate brokerage; leasing; corporate real estate services; asset/project management; development; due diligence; commercial loan origination; underwriting; industry analysis; credit analysis; and, operational support. He also has experience in the areas of software product design and development - having twice been recognized by the largest commercial real estate technology trade organization - Realcomm - as a ‘Top 25’ Executive to Watch [in 2004 and 2005]. Finn's practical experiences include commercial loan underwriting with Union Bank in Los Angeles, six years as an investment real estate broker and four years in development and asset management for a regional office building developer. Over his real estate career, he has personally been involved in the acquisition and/or disposition of over $100 million in commercial real estate assets, managed a portfolio of office buildings totaling 500,000 square feet, managed the approval process on several development projects exceeding 500,00 square feet in potential build-out, and performed third party due diligence on CMBS projects valued in excess of $1.1 billion.

Chau Le is an experienced executive with strong leadership skills and business acumen. Currently, she’s the COO of Northwestern Mutual Investment Services, a Fortune 500 company, in Los Angeles, CA. She has over 20 years of financial services and legal industry experience. She is on the executive leadership team and manages the enterprise-level operation for five regional offices in Southern California and Nevada for NW. Chau spearheads productivity initiatives and practice management programs dedicated to developing successful wealth management advisors and professional staff. She maintains expertise in financial services industry regulation, compliance and corporate risk management. Finally, she enjoys leading and integrating corporate philanthropy with business to advance an organization's vision and culture. She chairs the Childhood Cancer Program for NW Foundation and is a Board Director of GameChanger Charity and Van Lang Academy. Chau is also a member of Women & Philanthropy at UCLA and UCLA Chancellor's Society and a philanthropist at Mattel Children's Hospital UCLA. Causes Chau deeply cares about are children, education, and health. She holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University as well as FINRA Series 7, Series 3, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.

Khoi D. Dang is a partner with the international firm of Duane Morris, LLP with offices worldwide, including throughout Southeast Asia. Khoi practices in the area of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, financing and banking. Mr. Dang represents a diverse range of business clients, including start-ups, venture-backed companies, privately held companies, mining companies, technology companies, finance companies (including FinTech companies and crowdsource lenders and service providers) and consumer-facing companies. He also represents banks, bank holding companies and their subsidiaries on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters ranging from de novo formation, charter conversions, regulatory matters, securities compliance (including ’33 and ’34 Act compliance), corporate governance, operations, capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dang also advises private equity groups in the areas of fund formation, fund economics, securities, financing, documentation and compliance. Mr. Dang is a 2002 graduate of Santa Clara University Law School (Dean’s Fellow), a 1999 graduate of the University of California, San Diego (M.A., Global Policy and Strategy) (Robinson Fellow) and a 1996 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (cum laude).

Michael is a well-respected SEC counsel in the securities industry. He assists Vemanti Group with the legal work associated with SEC regulation and registration and has been involved with us since inception. As a securities attorney, Michael has represented over 50 clients and their representatives in the process of going public through the filing of registration statements on Form S-1, filings on Form 10, and Form 211 filings. He has been involved in helping companies go public in numerous reverse merger transactions. He also assists public companies with on-going 1934 Act SEC reporting and compliance matters. His practice has included representing companies in the U.S. and throughout the world including China, Japan, Europe and Canada. From 1975-1980, Michael served with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., conducting investigations and participating in securing injunctions against individuals and corporations for violations of federal securities laws, including Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his extensive work as a corporate securities lawyer, Michael had previously served as President and Director of a fully-reporting public company. He is the author of the book "Seeking Your Fortune: Using IPO Alternatives to Find Wealth in the U.S. Stock Markets" which was released in November, 2014 and is currently available on Amazon. Also, as an engaged SEC attorney, Michael often participates as a keynote speaker or a panelist at various industry events and conferences.
