Utilizing her knowledge and subject-matter expertise on US GAAP, IFRS, SEC and PCAOB, Catherine is in charge of our day-to-day duties of bookkeeping and fiscal financial planning. She prepares the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis including financial statements and year-end audit preparation for the Company. She’s also responsible for providing disclosures, applying areas of GAAP as necessary, and documenting, validating, testing and assessing various internal control policies on those reports. As the Company’s primary contact for basic accounting matters and information, she’s involved in reviews and agreed-upon procedure engagements with our auditor on ongoing SEC reporting requirements. In her roles as CPA, Controller, and CFO for both public and private companies, she’s extremely experienced in the areas of mergers, financial analysis, due diligence, internal controls, general ledger, forecasting, cash flow, process improvement, SOX, Sarbanes Oxley, business planning, IPO, revenue recognition, software, modeling, cash management, budgeting, financial management, strategic planning, consolidation, compliance, restructuring, corporate finance, Great Plains, management consulting, fixed assets, corporate governance, SAP, Oracle, Big Data, COSO,ACL,Sunshine Act, Dodd Frank, Reporting and Analytics, Open Payment reporting, recovery audit, and forensic accounting. Catherine holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.

Tony brings more than 20 years of management experience in Public Education, Foreign Affairs, International Finance, Investment, Trading, Marketing with the last 5 years mainly in Cryptocurrency & Blockchain projects. As member of our Board of Advisors, he’s focused on building strategic relationships with the investment community for the Company. He also works with company leadership to assess and identify opportunities, gather information, and assist in implement strategies. Prior to Vemanti Group, he had been the Founder of VEMS, Co- Founder of Chu Viet Finance & Investment Company, Founder of CANDO – US eCommerce Trading, Founder of TT AMERICAN RECYCLE, Founder of Prowell Advantage and Westcoast Coast Medical Center, Founder of TL Cryptocurrency Services, and Founder of TLG Bitcoin Mining & Investment Group.

Warren is technologist and has always immersed himself in the latest technologies. Whilst attending university, he co-founded several projects that connected software developers from around the United Kingdom, working with industry veterans, competing in the Microsoft Imagine Cup, and opening his first video game studio, all before graduating with honors. After relocating to Shenzhen, China, his research and interests turned to blockchain following the launch of Ethereum in 2015. That led him to be a leading speaker within the cryptocurrency communities of Asia, including a TEDx talk in Guangzhou during the rise of cryptocurrency and has been involved with many blockchain projects around the concepts of data privacy and financial technology while actively providing support to regional startups. Since 2018, he has worked with multiple startups and enterprises to help them expand across multiple regions. Recently, he joined Pacific Capitals Bay, a Tokyo-based venture capital firm, as Venture Partner supporting Japanese and Asian startups. Since joining Vemanti Group, Warren has worked to implement its blockchain and fintech strategies. His mission is to build a digital financial ecosystem where best-in-class technologies are utilized to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance to deliver banking services to the underbanked adults and businesses. Warren is a graduate of The University of Salford with a BS in Computer. He also holds an Master of Laws from the University of Cumbria.

As Vemanti’s General Counsel, Mark advises the leadership team on a variety of legal and business matters, and manages our core legal functions, including SEC securities and regulatory compliance. Mark is the Managing Partner of Crone Law Group, specializing in the corporate, securities and other regulatory aspects of global business ventures across a diverse array of industries between companies in the U.S. with Asia, Central and South America, Russia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East. With almost twenty-five years of global legal, corporate and investment banking experience, Mark represents both U.S. and foreign corporations across a wide range of industries. His broad experience includes public and private equity and debt security financings, international mergers and acquisitions, angel, venture capital and private equity financings, project finance, banking and financial instruments, secured debt transactions, going private transactions, foreign direct investment and corporate law and governance. Mark regularly assists his clients with overcoming challenging government and regulatory issues confronting them in global emerging markets, including developing and implementing strategies to maximize opportunities, minimize risks, and accomplish their strategic goals. Prior to joining the Crone Law Group, Mark was the founder and Managing Partner of CKR Law. Prior to founding CKR Law, he ran an earlier incarnation of The Crone Law Group for more than a decade.

Kory is a Co-Founder and CEO of Stably, a VC-funded cryptocurrency startup in Canada that is developing transparent USD-backed stablecoin for multiple blockchain protocols. Prior to founding Stably, Kory was a Private Equity Data Analyst for PitchBook in Seattle. Kory is also a quant trader who has consulted for hedge funds and CTAs on many subjects ranging from VIX derivatives to cryptocurrencies and algorithmic trading. In addition, he is currently a board advisor at Strix Leviathan, a Seattle-based hedge fund that employs AI/ML technology and automated algorithms to trade cryptocurrencies. Kory holds a BBA with double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington - Bothell.

Rachel brings more than 15 years of experience to Vemanti’s Board of Directors and has spent much of her career building new or transforming existing businesses. She has been engaged in private practice as an accountant and consultant. She specializes in preparation of full disclosure financial statements for public companies to comply with GAAP and SEC requirements. From August 2004 through July 2009, she was employed as an audit senior for HJ & Associates, LLC, where she performed audits and reviews for public and private companies, including the preparation of financial statements to comply with GAAP and SEC requirements. From 2003 through 2004, Rachel was employed as an audit senior for Mohler, Nixon and Williams. From September 2001, through July 2003, she worked as an ABAS associate for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. From April 2000 through February 2001, she was employed an an eCommerce accountant for the Walt Disney Group's GO.com division. Rachel holds a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Richard is a respected and well-connected veteran in the securities industry. He has repeatedly and successful guided many companies, both US and International-based, become publicly traded on US stock exchanges. As a member of our Board of Director and the Corporate Communications Director, Richard oversees for the company’s external communications. He sets and guides the strategy for our overall corporate communications including website, press releases, investor relations, and public relations messages. His role is strategic and has a heavy emphasis on brand management. He is keen on managing and building external relationships with Vemanti's constituencies, including investors and the media. He started his career as a Broker and a Financial Adviser at UBS, a global Swiss financial services company who is considered as the world's largest manager of private wealth assets. Prior to joining our team and over the past 15 years, he has served small to mid-tier companies in Private Equity, Investment Banking and Financial Services. His areas of expertise include M&A, direct public offering, reverse/shell mergers, crowdfunding, corporate branding, 15c-211 filing, and transfer agency services. He co-authored the book "Seeking Your Fortune: Using IPO Alternatives to Find Wealth in the U.S. Stock Markets" which was released in November, 2014 and is currently available on Amazon. Richard is a graduate of Boston University with a BA in Economics and International Relations. He also holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business in New York City.

Michael is a well-respected SEC counsel in the securities industry. He assists Vemanti Group with the legal work associated with SEC regulation and registration and has been involved with us since inception. As a securities attorney, Michael has represented over 50 clients and their representatives in the process of going public through the filing of registration statements on Form S-1, filings on Form 10, and Form 211 filings. He has been involved in helping companies go public in numerous reverse merger transactions. He also assists public companies with on-going 1934 Act SEC reporting and compliance matters. His practice has included representing companies in the U.S. and throughout the world including China, Japan, Europe and Canada. From 1975-1980, Michael served with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., conducting investigations and participating in securing injunctions against individuals and corporations for violations of federal securities laws, including Fortune 500 companies. In addition to his extensive work as a corporate securities lawyer, Michael had previously served as President and Director of a fully-reporting public company. He is the author of the book "Seeking Your Fortune: Using IPO Alternatives to Find Wealth in the U.S. Stock Markets" which was released in November, 2014 and is currently available on Amazon. Also, as an engaged SEC attorney, Michael often participates as a keynote speaker or a panelist at various industry events and conferences. He’s a graduate of University of Kansas (B.A., Magna cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D.)

Khoi D. Dang is a partner with the international firm of Duane Morris, LLP with offices worldwide, including throughout Southeast Asia. Khoi practices in the area of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, financing and banking. Mr. Dang represents a diverse range of business clients, including start-ups, venture-backed companies, privately held companies, mining companies, technology companies, finance companies (including FinTech companies and crowdsource lenders and service providers) and consumer-facing companies. He also represents banks, bank holding companies and their subsidiaries on a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters ranging from de novo formation, charter conversions, regulatory matters, securities compliance (including ’33 and ’34 Act compliance), corporate governance, operations, capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Dang also advises private equity groups in the areas of fund formation, fund economics, securities, financing, documentation and compliance.
