Tan is the Founder and the CEO of Vemanti Group. He started the company in 2014, bringing more than 25 years of seasoned high-tech industry experience, solid computer hardware/software and telecommunications knowledge, strong domestic and International sales/marketing expertise, and executive management background to his role with the company. He oversees the general corporate direction and strategy for Vemanti Group. Prior to founding the company, he worked at various leading technology companies from 1988-2004 including Western Digital, SMC Networks, Sync Research, Alcatel-Lucent, Veraz Networks, GenBand, Fronde, Metaswitch Networks, and Exalt Communications where he held a variety of management, operations, sales, and marketing roles, covering U.S., Canada, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America markets with revenues in multiples of tens of millions. During that span, he gained expertise in the areas of market/product development, sales/revenue planning and execution for both International and US markets; helping tier-1 service providers and banking institutions develop business and revenue strategies around next-generation network architecture. He co-founded VoiceStep Telecom in 2004 and turned it into a market leading provider of wholesale voice traffic between the U.S. and Vietnam within 2 years. In 2005, he recruited and created a software development center in Vietnam to strengthen VoiceStep Telecom's internal business and operations support systems. From 2007-2012, Tan served as a consultant to banks and financial institutions in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries on mobile banking, commerce, security, and payments projects and also for U.S. companies looking to establish a market presence in Vietnam. During that same period, he also worked with Vietnam-based companies on U.S. market entry, product deployment, and Corporate structuring strategy. He was featured in local Vietnamese business publications as an up-and-coming tech entrepreneur to watch. Since founding Vemanti Group, Tan has worked to share Vemanti's strategy and vision with customers, partners, shareholders, and investors. His mission is to turn Vemanti Group into an investment and incubation platform for emerging companies with great growth potential, especially in Vietnam which continues to be an economic force on both a regional and global scale. He attended Fullerton State University with B.S.E.E.

As Vemanti’s General Counsel, Mark advises the leadership team on a variety of legal and business matters, and manages our core legal functions, including SEC securities and regulatory compliance. Mark is the Managing Partner of Crone Law Group, specializing in the corporate, securities and other regulatory aspects of global business ventures across a diverse array of industries between companies in the U.S. with Asia, Central and South America, Russia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East. With almost twenty-five years of global legal, corporate and investment banking experience, Mark represents both U.S. and foreign corporations across a wide range of industries. His broad experience includes public and private equity and debt security financings, international mergers and acquisitions, angel, venture capital and private equity financings, project finance, banking and financial instruments, secured debt transactions, going private transactions, foreign direct investment and corporate law and governance. Mark regularly assists his clients with overcoming challenging government and regulatory issues confronting them in global emerging markets, including developing and implementing strategies to maximize opportunities, minimize risks, and accomplish their strategic goals. Prior to joining the Crone Law Group, Mark was the founder and Managing Partner of CKR Law. Prior to founding CKR Law, he ran an earlier incarnation of The Crone Law Group for more than a decade.

Ms. Olson is a savvy and highly driven attorney with vast experience in SEC/finance and entertainment matters and possesses a broad spectrum of competencies. Ms. Olson specializes in securities matters, public company representation, going public, mergers & acquisitions, private placements, world-wide licensing and distribution agreements, reverse mergers, capital raises, business & corporate law and SEC filings and defense matters. She is an expert at bringing offshore companies into US capital markets and is skilled at preparing international contracts and venture negotiations. Throughout her career she has secured strategic partnerships and contractual agreements with leading Fortune 500 companies and entertainment organizations. Ms. Olson is admitted to practice law in Illinois.

Michael T.L. Nhat is a lawyer and entrepreneur. He's the Chairman and Founder of the SGPT Group, now re-branded as May Fountain, an International M&A advisory firm in the Global Private Equity market. Michael is a renowned attorney, advisor and deal maker of cross-border M&A involving an Asia-focused growth dimension, especially in Southeast Asia, having participated in many high-profile projects. He has over 10 years of hands-on experience in negotiating and structuring various solutions to many types of corporate and M&A issues and transactions together with 3+ years concurrent experience as a regional public securities advisor. Michael has deep understandings of the corporate, legal and financial systems of the world's major economies. He is familiar and comfortable working with various companies and counter-parts, many of whom (directly or through their international affiliates) are members of the World Economic Forum, Fortune 500, Big Four, Legal 500 and IFLR 1000. He and his team have won numerous prestigious awards in Vietnam and overseas. He has been serving as our M&A Counsel since 2017 as part of our expansion into Asia. He is responsible for the Company’s strategic developments and directions into Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Michael is a Barrister-at-Law of England & Wales by training, member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple (London, United Kingdom), holds a Post-graduate Diploma (Competent) in Professional Legal Skills, City Law School London; an LL.B (Honours), University of London; and an Executive Certificate in Trade Policy, Harvard Kennedy School.

Warren is technologist and has always immersed himself in the latest technologies. Whilst attending university, he co-founded several projects that connected software developers from around the United Kingdom, working with industry veterans, competing in the Microsoft Imagine Cup, and opening his first video game studio, all before graduating with honors. After relocating to Shenzhen, China, his research and interests turned to blockchain following the launch of Ethereum in 2015. That led him to be a leading speaker within the cryptocurrency communities of Asia, including a TEDx talk in Guangzhou during the rise of cryptocurrency and has been involved with many blockchain projects around the concepts of data privacy and financial technology while actively providing support to regional startups. Since 2018, he has worked with multiple startups and enterprises to help them expand across multiple regions. Recently, he joined Pacific Capitals Bay, a Tokyo-based venture capital firm, as Venture Partner supporting Japanese and Asian startups. Since joining Vemanti Group, Warren has worked to implement its blockchain and fintech strategies. His mission is to build a digital financial ecosystem where best-in-class technologies are utilized to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance to deliver banking services to the underbanked adults and businesses. Warren is a graduate of The University of Salford with a BS in Computer. He also holds an Master of Laws from the University of Cumbria.

Kevin brings a deep breadth of accounting and finance experience to Vemanti Groupl which is integral to our growth strategy and success. His understanding of capital markets and reporting expertise are important characteristics as we continue to expand our business. He has extensive accounting experience in the securities industry that includes serving as CFO and providing advisory services for publicly held companies in technology and software sectors. He served as the CFO of NetSol Technologies, Inc., CelLynx Group, Inc., Relm, Tel-Voice Communications Inc., Heart Tronics, Inc., Triton Distribution Systems Inc., Seaena Inc. (formerly, Crystalix Group International Inc.), and Cobalis Corp. Additionally, Kevin has expertise advising on acquisitions and financial reporting for growth-stage companies. His areas of expertise include due diligence on potential acquisitions, the preparation of projections and business plans, assistance with restructuring of companies, posturing companies for initial public offerings, review and preparation of filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. From August 1996 to July 1998, Kevin was a Partner of Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein, LLP, Los Angeles, California, where he co-managed the accounting its securities industry practice group. He served as a Business Assurance Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP (formerly, Coopers & Lybrand, LLP) in various offices from September 1987 to July 1993 and from April 1994 to August 1996, where he focused on auditing companies in insurance, high-tech and industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in North Carolina, Arizona, and California and practiced for over 20 years. He is involved in a number of public offerings and private placements. Kevin holds a BS in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
