Tan is the Founder and the CEO of Vemanti Group. He started the company in 2014, bringing more than 25 years of seasoned high-tech industry experience, solid computer hardware/software and telecommunications knowledge, strong domestic and International sales/marketing expertise, and executive management background to his role with the company. He oversees the general corporate direction and strategy for Vemanti Group. Prior to founding the company, he worked at various leading technology companies from 1988-2004 including Western Digital, SMC Networks, Sync Research, Alcatel-Lucent, Veraz Networks, GenBand, Fronde, Metaswitch Networks, and Exalt Communications where he held a variety of management, operations, sales, and marketing roles, covering U.S., Canada, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America markets with revenues in multiples of tens of millions. During that span, he gained expertise in the areas of market/product development, sales/revenue planning and execution for both International and US markets; helping tier-1 service providers and banking institutions develop business and revenue strategies around next-generation network architecture. He co-founded VoiceStep Telecom in 2004 and turned it into a market leading provider of wholesale voice traffic between the U.S. and Vietnam within 2 years. In 2005, he recruited and created a software development center in Vietnam to strengthen VoiceStep Telecom's internal business and operations support systems. From 2007-2012, Tan served as a consultant to banks and financial institutions in Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries on mobile banking, commerce, security, and payments projects and also for U.S. companies looking to establish a market presence in Vietnam. During that same period, he also worked with Vietnam-based companies on U.S. market entry, product deployment, and Corporate structuring strategy. He was featured in local Vietnamese business publications as an up-and-coming tech entrepreneur to watch. Since founding Vemanti Group, Tan has worked to share Vemanti's strategy and vision with customers, partners, shareholders, and investors. His mission is to turn Vemanti Group into an investment and incubation platform for emerging companies with great growth potential, especially in Vietnam which continues to be an economic force on both a regional and global scale. He attended Fullerton State University with B.S.E.E.

Steve is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer, Board Member and Committee Chair with capability honed from decades of corporate leadership, enterprise scale-up, and management consulting in global markets. A highly effective commercial tactician, he is adept at setting strategic direction, building culture, developing teams, and transforming business operations to support acquisition/divestment, fund raising, and IPO programs in competitive global markets. The hallmark of Steve’s success is his ability to translate sophisticated business strategy, market knowledge, and competitor insights into tactical business plans, sales strategies, and customer-centric solutions that have delivered substantial gains in profits and shareholder value. Offering 20-years of P&L leadership experience for business operations spanning established and emerging markets in the USA and Asia with combined turnover ranging from zero to US$8B, Steve has excelled over an extended period of time both as a Multinational Business Leader and as the Transformation Catalyst for new business methodologies, new ventures, and new opportunities in large, geographically dispersed markets and regions. A willing owner of large-scale corporate realignment with a track record of re-structuring operations, implementing leading-edge technology and facilitating IPO and M&A transactions, Steve has guided two firms to IPO raising US$90M+, directed trade sales of three firms providing shareholder value of US$400M+, and completed fundraising of US$57M+ for two start-up entities. He has also managed three turnaround situations, saving one company from bankruptcy, and led the exit of an internet start-up delivering a sale price of 25x earnings. Much of Steve’s career has been with companies as they transition and reposition themselves, continually evolving a corporate vision, strategies, and goals. To each Business Unit and Region under his direction, he has delivered strong financial results by orchestrating a combination of organic growth, reengineering, consolidation, acquisition, and diversification strategies. With a background such as this, Steve is ideally suited to business-driver C-Level roles. He is attracted to complex business models in the technology sector associated with an emerging firm undergoing rapid growth and needing strong direction, or a mid-sized firm seeking a major acquisition, enterprise-wide transformation, or direction on expansion programs across SE Asia. Steve has been characterized by others as an energizing and engaging business leader, equally successful in building collaborative partnerships with senior corporate executives, Boards of Directors, and investors as well as front-line operating teams around the globe. Steve earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.

As Vemanti’s General Counsel, Mark advises the leadership team on a variety of legal and business matters, and manages our core legal functions, including SEC securities and regulatory compliance. Mark is the Managing Partner of Crone Law Group, specializing in the corporate, securities and other regulatory aspects of global business ventures across a diverse array of industries between companies in the U.S. with Asia, Central and South America, Russia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East. With almost twenty-five years of global legal, corporate and investment banking experience, Mark represents both U.S. and foreign corporations across a wide range of industries. His broad experience includes public and private equity and debt security financings, international mergers and acquisitions, angel, venture capital and private equity financings, project finance, banking and financial instruments, secured debt transactions, going private transactions, foreign direct investment and corporate law and governance. Mark regularly assists his clients with overcoming challenging government and regulatory issues confronting them in global emerging markets, including developing and implementing strategies to maximize opportunities, minimize risks, and accomplish their strategic goals. Prior to joining the Crone Law Group, Mark was the founder and Managing Partner of CKR Law. Prior to founding CKR Law, he ran an earlier incarnation of The Crone Law Group for more than a decade.

Warren is technologist and has always immersed himself in the latest technologies. Whilst attending university, he co-founded several projects that connected software developers from around the United Kingdom, working with industry veterans, competing in the Microsoft Imagine Cup, and opening his first video game studio, all before graduating with honors. After relocating to Shenzhen, China, his research and interests turned to blockchain following the launch of Ethereum in 2015. That led him to be a leading speaker within the cryptocurrency communities of Asia, including a TEDx talk in Guangzhou during the rise of cryptocurrency and has been involved with many blockchain projects around the concepts of data privacy and financial technology while actively providing support to regional startups. Since 2018, he has worked with multiple startups and enterprises to help them expand across multiple regions. Recently, he joined Pacific Capitals Bay, a Tokyo-based venture capital firm, as Venture Partner supporting Japanese and Asian startups. Since joining Vemanti Group, Warren has worked to implement its blockchain and fintech strategies. His mission is to build a digital financial ecosystem where best-in-class technologies are utilized to bridge the gap between traditional and decentralized finance to deliver banking services to the underbanked adults and businesses. Warren is a graduate of The University of Salford with a BS in Computer. He also holds an Master of Laws from the University of Cumbria.

As Director of Operations and an upper management official, Ernie defines, implements, and oversees operational policies and guidelines for the Company. His 30+ years career spans across multiple senior leadership roles that include Global Sales Operations, Senior Marketing Manager, Sales Revenue Recovery Finance & Contract Operations, and Business Development/Investments Manager. Through his experience at both startups and Fortune 500 corporations in Silicon Valley, he has developed strong expertise in the design and implementation of management solutions for Operations, Support, Marketing, Sales, Customer Interaction and Employee Training. His solid knowledge in customer interactions including technical support, training, seminars, and web-based tools. This has enabled him to gain insight and knowledge to successfully increase sales of several technology-driven products. He enjoys leading inter-departmental interactions among team members from Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development as a way to achieve a better understanding of important company dynamics in order to cohesively attain improved product solutions and end-user experience. Currently, Ernie works closely with the Company’s executive team to develop and execute operational growth directives. He’s also responsible for overseeing client support services and managing expenditure, procurement and resource allocation. Ernie graduated from George Washington University with a Master’s in PMP.
Catherine Doll

Utilizing her knowledge and subject-matter expertise on US GAAP, IFRS, SEC and PCAOB, Catherine is in charge of our day-to-day duties of bookkeeping and fiscal financial planning. She prepares the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis including financial statements and year-end audit preparation for the Company. She’s also responsible for providing disclosures, applying areas of GAAP as necessary, and documenting, validating, testing and assessing various internal control policies on those reports. As the Company’s primary contact for basic accounting matters and information, she’s involved in reviews and agreed-upon procedure engagements with our auditor on ongoing SEC reporting requirements. In her roles as CPA, Controller, and CFO for both public and private companies, she’s extremely experienced in the areas of mergers, financial analysis, due diligence, internal controls, general ledger, forecasting, cash flow, process improvement, SOX, Sarbanes Oxley, business planning, IPO, revenue recognition, software, modeling, cash management, budgeting, financial management, strategic planning, consolidation, compliance, restructuring, corporate finance, Great Plains, management consulting, fixed assets, corporate governance, SAP, Oracle, Big Data, COSO,ACL,Sunshine Act, Dodd Frank, Reporting and Analytics, Open Payment reporting, recovery audit, and forensic accounting. Catherine holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
