Communities

To best address our social responsibilities, Vemanti Group has supported several community programs including the Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force. The task force is a collaboration of law enforcement, victim service providers, non-profit organizations, faith-based organizations, and the community. The purpose is to work together to protect victims, prosecute offenders, prevent further perpetration of the crime, and partnership building to help increase capacity and resources, as well as improve efficiency and efficacy. No on agency can do it alone. Lead agencies include the Anaheim Police Department, CSP Victim Assistance Programs, the Huntington Beach Police Department, The Salvation Army, Orange County District Attorney's Office, Orange County Sheriff's Department, and California Highway Patrol. Additional key stakeholders include the U.S. Attorney's Office, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Labor, and the Public Law Center. The mission of this initiative is to rescue and make a positive and lasting impact on those in need in both the developing world and within the communities in which we live and work.
