Our commitment
Vemanti Group and its subsidiaries are committed to operating with integrity and conducting our businesses and activities honestly and ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations. We are responsible for creating a good and safe work environment and are committed to providing accurate and reliable financial information and reporting. In support of these goals, we have established the Vemanti Group Hotline for our employees, as well as other stakeholders, to report on a voluntary basis any concerns they may have regarding our operations, including human resources issues, financial matters (i.e., integrity of our accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing) or potential violations of the Vemanti Group Code of Ethical Conduct (the “Code”). Vemanti Group is committed to maintaining an environment in which employees can report in good faith any concerns without fear of retaliation.
EthicsPoint
Vemanti Group has selected EthicsPoint from Navex Global, an independent third party supplier, to manage the Hotline in order to provide a confidential and anonymous communication channel for reporting concerns. EthicsPoint has an internet interface that is available in several languages and a call center that operates in more than 100 languages. All inquiries will be handled promptly and confidentially. In order to make the process of inquiry handling easier, we encourage you to identify yourself but have the right to remain anonymous should you choose.

Abusive use of the Hotline though may result in disciplinary and/or legal actions against the perpetrator.
